The UC Santa Cruz Women’s Lacrosse team is a student-led, self-funded group dedicated to community, team, and a love for lacrosse. Our team works hard to reach ambitious goals, like becoming nationally ranked and placing second in the Western Women’s Lacrosse League (WWLL). We were proud to also host the WWLL championships in our past season!
Receiving no university funding means none of this would happen without our community! Keeping lacrosse accessible is highly important to us, and your contributions make that possible. These gifts help us cover things like equipment, uniforms, field space, travel, and tournament fees.
Without you, we wouldn’t be able to have our community, support, and resources that make our team so meaningful.
Our commitment isn’t only on the field, though. Last year, we volunteered at the Turkey Trot, the Surfer's Path Half Marathon, and the Santa Cruz Food Bank.
