The Basic Needs Diaper Assistance Program was created to support our parenting students with children of diapering age.
We all know how expensive diapers are. The Diaper Assistance Program supports 40 student parents with diapers monthly throughout the school year and summer break.
Our program also connects them with other Basic Needs Resources, such as our Basic Needs Hub, the Redwood Free Market. Parents pick up diapers at the Redwood Free Market; they can access our free food pantry stocked with fresh produce, dry goods, and personal care products.
A box of diapers can cost up to $40. A donation of $100 can purchase diapers for 2 families for one month. Your donation will also allow us to expand our program by increasing the number of diapers a month or expanding our offerings to students.
Thank you for considering the Basic Needs Diaper Assistance Program!
