Most Donors Challenge

• Awarded to the team that secures the highest number of unique donors during the day.

Largest Gift Challenge

• Recognizes the three largest single donations received during Giving Day.

Family & Friends Challenge

• Special award for the team that engages the most family donors or community supporters. 

Social Media Champion

• Recognizes the team with the most creative or high-engagement social post promoting Giving Day. Please tag @ucsc.dsas to make sure your post is considered!  The winner of this challenge will be selected by the Divisional Office. 

Gratitude Challenge

• Recognizes the team that sends the most creative donor thank-you within 24 hours of Giving Day. Please send your thank-you to dsas@ucsc.edu for consideration. The Vice Chancellor will select the winning thank-you.
• The winner of this challenge will be selected by the Divisional Office. 

Prizes

Each category will recognize the top 3 departments and the top 3 student organizations with prizes as follows:

• First place: $1,000
• Second place: $750
• Third place: $250

Each team can only win one challenge.
